In the year 1865 the founder, Friedrich Heinrich Bertling, established his own company providing transport services throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic region. Ever since, F.H. Bertling is a service provider to the industrial world for overseas transport.

Today F.H.Bertling is operating these services with an own merchant fleet of presently 14 open hatch box shaped vessels and a logistic and chartering team working in world-wide located offices.
